Midtown Family Services exists to bridge resource gaps for incarcerated people living in West San Jose and beyond. Resources may be abundant in the larger community, but if a person doesn’t speak the dominant language, share the culture, read or write, have transportation, have access to a phone or internet, or missed the opportunity to learn about something because they were incarcerated, the resources are not available to them.
